Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
- Extensive experience selling directly to CFOs, Finance Directors, or Senior Finance leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills with a native-level Australian accent.
- Ability to work Australian business hours.
- Ability to commit to an initial 2-week training period in the UK timezone.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesloft.
- Results-oriented attitude with multitasking ability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day to senior finance leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs of Finance).
- Qualify leads to the Magic35 standard.
- Book high-level discovery calls.
- Manage the early-stage sales funnel within Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Generate interest and secure attendance for niche industry events across the APAC region.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape.
- Coordinate closely with UK-based leadership while operating autonomously within the APAC timezone.
