Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
  • Extensive experience selling directly to CFOs, Finance Directors, or Senior Finance leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a native-level Australian accent.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours.
  • Ability to commit to an initial 2-week training period in the UK timezone.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Salesloft.
  • Results-oriented attitude with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day to senior finance leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs of Finance).
  • Qualify leads to the Magic35 standard.
  • Book high-level discovery calls.
  • Manage the early-stage sales funnel within Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Generate interest and secure attendance for niche industry events across the APAC region.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape.
  • Coordinate closely with UK-based leadership while operating autonomously within the APAC timezone.
