Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a BPO or digital marketing environment
- Proven track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
- Experience in consultative selling
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Ability to present to C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps
- Laptop/Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up
- Noise-Cancelling Headset
- Dual Monitor setup
- Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI)

Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with SMDigital's growth strategy
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover pain points and position our services as the answer
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing, and service positioning
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Represent SMDigital at industry events, partnerships, and client meetings
- Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on business development performance
