Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a BPO or digital marketing environment
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and growing revenue
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Ability to present to C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps
  • Laptop/Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up
  • Noise-Cancelling Headset
  • Dual Monitor setup
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI)
  • Power Outage Backup

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with SMDigital's growth strategy
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Lead discovery conversations that uncover pain points and position our services as the answer
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing, and service positioning
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Represent SMDigital at industry events, partnerships, and client meetings
  • Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on business development performance
