Requirements

  • Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector.
  • Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently.
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.
