- Proven sales or BD experience with Australian companies in staffing/recruitment for Filipino talent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage Australian businesses with staffing and recruitment needs
- Sell offshore staffing solutions across admin, customer service, finance, property, sales, marketing, and IT roles
- Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, budgets, and urgency
- Position Filipino talent as a cost-effective and scalable solution
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM
- Provide clear handover notes to the recruitment team
