  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage Australian businesses with staffing and recruitment needs
  • Sell offshore staffing solutions across admin, customer service, finance, property, sales, marketing, and IT roles
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, budgets, and urgency
  • Position Filipino talent as a cost-effective and scalable solution
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM
  • Provide clear handover notes to the recruitment team
