Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in Australia
  • Proven experience selling A4 copy paper or high-volume consumables in the AU market
  • Strong understanding of Australian pricing models, margins, and buying cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to close and retain long-term Australian business accounts
  • Confidence negotiating with Australian procurement teams and senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Drive new B2B sales of A4 copy paper (80gsm and related SKUs) across Australia
  • Develop and manage high-volume Australian corporate, reseller, and contract accounts
  • Engage with Australian procurement managers, office managers, and business owners
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and long-term supply agreements
  • Manage repeat ordering cycles and ensure strong customer retention
  • Close and retain long-term Australian business accounts
  • Build, manage, and forecast a strong and qualified sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure consistent local supply
