Requirements
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in Australia
- Proven experience selling A4 copy paper or high-volume consumables in the AU market
- Strong understanding of Australian pricing models, margins, and buying cycles
- Demonstrated ability to close and retain long-term Australian business accounts
- Confidence negotiating with Australian procurement teams and senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Drive new B2B sales of A4 copy paper (80gsm and related SKUs) across Australia
- Develop and manage high-volume Australian corporate, reseller, and contract accounts
- Engage with Australian procurement managers, office managers, and business owners
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and long-term supply agreements
- Manage repeat ordering cycles and ensure strong customer retention
- Close and retain long-term Australian business accounts
- Build, manage, and forecast a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure consistent local supply
