- Australian market experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals with commercial businesses
- Strong understanding of Australian buying cycles and decision-makers
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management in a remote setup
- Results-driven mindset with consistent quota achievement
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across the Australian market
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B software opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and pain points
- Present software solutions and clearly articulate value propositions
- Build, manage, and forecast an accurate sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and sales reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and market insights
- Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities
