- Experience managing sales pipelines and lead follow-up processes
- Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable learning new processes and recommending improvements
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain leads within LeadSimple CRM
- Ensure all lead information is accurate and up to date
- Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress
- Respond to and follow up with incoming leads
- Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Generate new leads through online research, prospecting, and networking
- Evaluate current CRM and lead management workflows and implement improvements
- Track key business development metrics and provide regular updates to management
