Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using LeadSimple CRM
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and lead follow-up processes
  • Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Comfortable learning new processes and recommending improvements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain leads within LeadSimple CRM
  • Ensure all lead information is accurate and up to date
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress
  • Respond to and follow up with incoming leads
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • Generate new leads through online research, prospecting, and networking
  • Evaluate current CRM and lead management workflows and implement improvements
  • Track key business development metrics and provide regular updates to management
