Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident telephone voice.
- Exceptional business written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years in telemarketing/telesales.
- Experience in B2B IT/telecom industry is a plus.
- Experience in up-selling or cross-selling managed services, data center, or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Bachelors or Associates degree in business management or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting calls and desk research to identify key decision makers and account structures.
- Utilize specialist research tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture business relationships with target accounts.
- Qualify prospects against established criteria for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Nurture prospects using telephone and email.
- Process inbound telephone and web-based leads.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Maintain Salesforce.com data and provide weekly pipeline forecasts.
- Participate in regular meetings to provide feedback and monitor performance.
