Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident telephone voice.
  • Exceptional business written communication and grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years in telemarketing/telesales.
  • Experience in B2B IT/telecom industry is a plus.
  • Experience in up-selling or cross-selling managed services, data center, or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in business management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting calls and desk research to identify key decision makers and account structures.
  • Utilize specialist research tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture business relationships with target accounts.
  • Qualify prospects against established criteria for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Nurture prospects using telephone and email.
  • Process inbound telephone and web-based leads.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data and provide weekly pipeline forecasts.
  • Participate in regular meetings to provide feedback and monitor performance.
