  • Proven experience as a telesales executive, especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets.

  • Bachelor's degree in a human resources or healthcare-related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of US healthcare recruiting experience required.
  • Previous experience recruiting nurses and physicians is required.
  • Fluency in Business English is an absolute requirement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of Boolean search language and its application.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
