Proven experience as a telesales executive, especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets. Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas, preferably over the phone. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets focusing on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals. Exceptional knowledge of English is essential. Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence. Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS. Solid experience using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. BSc/BA will be a plus.
