Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working in Business Development, Marketing, Lead Generation or similar
- Confidence in written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or business development support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Experience with Asana for project management
- Experience using video communication tools like Zoom or Google Meet
- Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize CRM records within HubSpot
- Keep contact databases, pipeline stages, and client information accurate and updated
- Track activities, generate reports, and help maintain overall CRM data quality
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
- Support outreach efforts and help generate interest from prospective partners
- Assist in nurturing leads and supporting the sales pipeline process
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients when necessary
- Research relevant conferences, networking opportunities, and industry events
- Coordinate registration processes and manage related event documentation
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities and ad hoc tasks
