Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Experience in commercial business analysis, data analysis, and project management within the MedTech industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in optimizing sales processes and delivering business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to provide solutions for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze historical and pipeline data to project future revenue and drive business decisions.
- Refine and adapt sales processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Lead the annual incentive compensation plan lifecycle and quota-setting processes.
- Manage cross-functional projects and integrate data across platforms (SFDC + Business Insights).
- Define and implement processes for accurate sales data, reporting, and KPI benchmarks.
- Select, implement, and train the team on sales tools and technologies.
