Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience in commercial business analysis, data analysis, and project management within the MedTech industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in optimizing sales processes and delivering business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership to provide solutions for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze historical and pipeline data to project future revenue and drive business decisions.
  • Refine and adapt sales processes for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead the annual incentive compensation plan lifecycle and quota-setting processes.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and integrate data across platforms (SFDC + Business Insights).
  • Define and implement processes for accurate sales data, reporting, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Select, implement, and train the team on sales tools and technologies.
