Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
  • 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
  • Ability to maintain meaningful overlap with PST core business hours.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric's suite of physical security services for all client portfolios.
  • Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions.
  • Coordinate with Concentric's internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each task.
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response.
  • Perform invoice review and reconciliation of all expenses related to all assigned tasks.
  • Edit reports submitted by staff and vendors, and present to clients.
  • Travel on behalf of Concentric to represent the company in client meetings, industry conventions, and business development opportunities.
