Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
- 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
- Ability to maintain meaningful overlap with PST core business hours.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric's suite of physical security services for all client portfolios.
- Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions.
- Coordinate with Concentric's internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks.
- Manage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each task.
- Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response.
- Perform invoice review and reconciliation of all expenses related to all assigned tasks.
- Edit reports submitted by staff and vendors, and present to clients.
- Travel on behalf of Concentric to represent the company in client meetings, industry conventions, and business development opportunities.
