Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity working with clients and providers in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with ABA and Autism services highly preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling in CentralReach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to navigate challenging conversations with team members with urgency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Must live in East Coast time zone
Responsibilities
- Input client and staff scheduling changes with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Oversee staffing substitutions, enabling clinicians to cover open staffing needs upon call-outs
- Assist with same-day call-out processes to minimize service disruptions
- Manage input and tracking of all hourly clinicians’ availability and service schedules
- Review terminated and on-leave employees and update CR calendars
- Support payroll functions by stewarding timely CentralReach conversions and timesheet audits
- Audit CR code and PTO usage for accurate payroll processing
- Provide superior stakeholder experience with timely and clear communication
- Partner with team members to execute innovative scheduling and time-off best practices
