Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity working with clients and providers in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with ABA and Autism services highly preferred
  • Proficiency with scheduling in CentralReach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations with team members with urgency
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
  • Must live in East Coast time zone

Responsibilities

  • Input client and staff scheduling changes with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity
  • Oversee staffing substitutions, enabling clinicians to cover open staffing needs upon call-outs
  • Assist with same-day call-out processes to minimize service disruptions
  • Manage input and tracking of all hourly clinicians’ availability and service schedules
  • Review terminated and on-leave employees and update CR calendars
  • Support payroll functions by stewarding timely CentralReach conversions and timesheet audits
  • Audit CR code and PTO usage for accurate payroll processing
  • Provide superior stakeholder experience with timely and clear communication
  • Partner with team members to execute innovative scheduling and time-off best practices
