Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communications regarding post-purchase processes including scheduling, feedback, and move-out coordination.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure payments remain current.
  • Partner with sales operations to ensure contract and addendum accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary client contact to resolve issues and guide service selection.
  • Maintain CRM and internal databases with detailed project notes.
  • Monitor fleet capacity by market to schedule operations effectively.
  • Adhere to a 3-hour email response service level agreement.
