Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications regarding post-purchase processes including scheduling, feedback, and move-out coordination.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure payments remain current.
- Partner with sales operations to ensure contract and addendum accuracy.
- Serve as the primary client contact to resolve issues and guide service selection.
- Maintain CRM and internal databases with detailed project notes.
- Monitor fleet capacity by market to schedule operations effectively.
- Adhere to a 3-hour email response service level agreement.
