Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, talent relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion, media, creators, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong judgment and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, content quality, and brand alignment.
- Experience with influencer, affiliate, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute Editorialist's influencer marketing strategy across creator, affiliate, ambassador, and expert partnership programs.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard luxury creators, fashion experts, stylists, editors, and industry tastemakers who align with Editorialist's brand and audience.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and experts, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach and contracting through execution and reporting.
- Manage gifting, affiliate partnerships, content deliverables, and campaign communications.
- Evaluate partners based on brand fit, audience quality, content standards, credibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Social, Affiliate, Brand Partnerships, and Marketing teams to support campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, outreach metrics, and partnership ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed on creator, social media, and luxury fashion trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
