Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
- Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
- Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels.
- Manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Own HubSpot and Pardot administration, optimization, and governance.
- Lead marketing automation strategy, including nurture programs, lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Serve as the marketing owner for Braze.
- Support account-based marketing programs through audience targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting that measure campaign, channel, and full-funnel performance.
