Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or marketing technology.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot, Pardot, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience owning and optimizing paid digital marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience leveraging third-party marketing and prospecting data, including ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating data into action.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own digital demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels.
  • Manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Own HubSpot and Pardot administration, optimization, and governance.
  • Lead marketing automation strategy, including nurture programs, lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Serve as the marketing owner for Braze.
  • Support account-based marketing programs through audience targeting, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting that measure campaign, channel, and full-funnel performance.
