Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across customer advocacy, reputation management, digital PR, and brand communications programs.
  • Manage online reputation activities, including monitoring and responding to reviews, tracking sentiment, and coordinating review-generation initiatives across key platforms.
  • Coordinate customer advocacy efforts such as testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlight content to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Lead day-to-day project management for creative asset development, ensuring timely delivery of presentations, ads, collateral, and digital resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Build and maintain centralized brand asset libraries, ensuring version control, governance, and accessibility of approved materials.
  • Identify gaps in existing marketing materials and prioritize development of new assets to support sales, marketing, recruiting, and partner initiatives.
  • Support video marketing initiatives, coordinating production timelines for case studies, testimonials, and educational content.
  • Assist in digital PR and research initiatives, including surveys, reports, and data-driven campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and media impact.
  • Provide leadership support by managing and mentoring junior coordinators, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution.
