- Strong understanding of brand consistency, messaging frameworks, and customer-centric marketing execution.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback, sentiment data, and campaign performance insights.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators across different teams.

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across customer advocacy, reputation management, digital PR, and brand communications programs.
- Manage online reputation activities, including monitoring and responding to reviews, tracking sentiment, and coordinating review-generation initiatives across key platforms.
- Coordinate customer advocacy efforts such as testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlight content to strengthen brand credibility.
- Lead day-to-day project management for creative asset development, ensuring timely delivery of presentations, ads, collateral, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- Build and maintain centralized brand asset libraries, ensuring version control, governance, and accessibility of approved materials.
- Identify gaps in existing marketing materials and prioritize development of new assets to support sales, marketing, recruiting, and partner initiatives.
- Support video marketing initiatives, coordinating production timelines for case studies, testimonials, and educational content.
- Assist in digital PR and research initiatives, including surveys, reports, and data-driven campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and media impact.
- Provide leadership support by managing and mentoring junior coordinators, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution.
