Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused, or services-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track pipeline activity.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong ownership mindset, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Experience or eagerness to learn AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound pipeline by managing and qualifying leads from initial inquiry to close.
  • Pitch Gummicube's ASO methodology and DATACUBE technology tailored to prospect needs.
  • Research prospective partners and their market presence to provide informed recommendations.
  • Support the Business Development team by managing call notes, agendas, and executive-ready documents.
  • Build and maintain ongoing prospect relationships and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, analytics, and client service teams to support revenue goals.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, statements of work, and data analyses.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance personal productivity.
