Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role, coordinating meetings, managing an email queue and being a point of contact for managing inqueries.
  • 1+ years of experience with Jira or Service Now or any other Project Managment or Ticketing Systems.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role in either Marketing, Sales Support or Sales.
  • 1+ years of experience in deal negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a highly analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively, even under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, managing inquiries and setting clear timelines.
  • Manage discussions with Vendors and play a key role in negotiating the final price.
  • Coordinate renewal processes by engaging with representatives, obtaining quotes, and leading price negotiations.
  • Manage the purchasing of goods from online stores and coordinate effectively with Value Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Execute Finance AP tasks, including the creation and management of Requisitions and Purchase Orders (Req/PO).
  • Monitor the completion of goods/services, ensuring accurate and timely receipt posting and approval follow-ups.
