- Complete projects from start to finish with independence.
- Manage existing project dashboards and create new ones using Google Sheets and project management software.
- Coordinate and manage work orders by liaising with vendors and tenants.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, business owners, and management via email, text, phone, and portal messaging.
- Update repair statuses within Property Management software.
- Respond to all emails and acknowledge requests within 24 hours.
