- Complete projects from start to finish, solve problems, and recommend improvements to leadership.
- Manage existing project dashboards and create new ones in Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Coordinate and manage work orders with vendors and tenants.
- Update repair statuses in property-management software.
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, clients, and management through email, text, phone, portal messaging, and virtual platforms.
- Follow up at the start and completion of service requests.
- Answer emails and acknowledge requests within 24 hours.
- Take initiative to solve problems when needed.
