- Coordinate and manage work orders with vendors and tenants.
- Communicate with tenants through the company portal and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors.
- Follow up with tenants and vendors at the start and completion of service requests.
- Manage existing project dashboards and create new ones using Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Update repair statuses in property management software.
- Answer emails and acknowledge requests within 24 hours.
- Complete projects from start to finish, solve problems, and recommend improvements to leadership.
- Help build training and assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Communicate Ownership’s vision and directives to team members.
