- 10+ years of relevant medical communications experience
- In-depth understanding of publication oncology work
- Track record of successful scientific leadership
- US launch experience required
- Experience managing staff / direct reports
Responsibilities
- Manage scientific team responsible for delivery of a full range of strategic publication focus
- Lead and manage account to ensure the creation of high quality, accurate medical / scientific content
- Develop and grow publication work partnering with VPs of scientific and client services and managing directors
- Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations
- Develop / lead / facilitate key strategy workshops
- Articulate scientific and therapeutic information in oncology
- Foster innovation and collaboration across Ashfield MedComms
