Requirements
- 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience
- Strong experience supporting multiple U.S.-based clients simultaneously
- Experience working with U.S. GAAP
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting functions
- Advanced QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
- Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Own and execute month-end close processes across multiple client accounts.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting workpapers.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and file U.S. state sales tax returns.
- Develop custom financial reports and dashboards for business owners.
- Review and document accounting workflows and procedures.
- Serve as a trusted accounting partner to business owners.
