Responsibilities
- Receive and qualify client requests for serviced apartment needs
- Identify best serviced apartment options and negotiate with suppliers
- Create client proposals for each inquiry
- Create and remit booking documentation to operations and accounts
- Conduct guest touch-point calls and emails
- Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency on-call rotation
- Assist with miscellaneous special projects
- Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
