Responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify client requests for serviced apartment needs
  • Identify best serviced apartment options and negotiate with suppliers
  • Create client proposals for each inquiry
  • Create and remit booking documentation to operations and accounts
  • Conduct guest touch-point calls and emails
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency on-call rotation
  • Assist with miscellaneous special projects
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
