Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, production, and performance marketing functions.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into clear execution plans and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding through campaign execution and delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing and UGC campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including influencer managers, creative strategists, motion designers, and paid media specialists.
- Support the development of high-performing campaign concepts and ensure alignment with client objectives and performance goals.
- Monitor campaign progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support client growth and long-term account expansion.
- Provide structured feedback to creators and internal teams to ensure high-quality content and campaign performance.
