Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, production, and performance marketing functions.
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into clear execution plans and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding through campaign execution and delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer marketing and UGC campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including influencer managers, creative strategists, motion designers, and paid media specialists.
  • Support the development of high-performing campaign concepts and ensure alignment with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support client growth and long-term account expansion.
  • Provide structured feedback to creators and internal teams to ensure high-quality content and campaign performance.
