Requirements
- Proven experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar roles focused on strategic enterprise clients.
- Background working with large accounts and high-revenue enterprise customers.
- Experience in SaaS environments, particularly in recurring revenue models.
- Strong track record in retention, renewal, and account expansion strategies.
- Solid understanding of business metrics such as churn, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Managing a reduced portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring retention, renewal, and revenue expansion.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to each client’s goals, structure, and growth potential.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Leading complex commercial negotiations across multiple levels of client organizations.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
- Monitoring key performance indicators such as churn, retention, expansion, and recurring revenue.
- Participating in strategic meetings, client visits, and occasional in-person engagements when required.
