Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery, or operations.
- Experience migrating documentation from legacy systems.
- Knowledge of how LLMs consume data and experience with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or RAG frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows using no-code or LLM orchestration tools.
- Proficiency with product analytics platforms like Pendo.
- Proven track record of organizing internal documentation sites like Confluence or SharePoint.
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead modern documentation migrations from legacy platforms to AI-optimized hubs.
- Architect technical documentation for semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Redesign product analytics and in-product guide implementation using Pendo.
- Audit and organize internal Confluence spaces across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Coach engineering and product squads on Agile practices and SDLC delivery.
- Drive cross-functional R&D programs and orchestrate major product launches.
- Leverage data and '5 Whys' to deliver behavioral insights and platform health tracking.
- Establish tactical rhythms between R&D and GTM teams.
