Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in professional learning or educational services leadership.
- 5+ years of experience managing a strategic function or P&L at the Director level or higher.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams.
- Expertise in adult learning theory and literacy instruction.
- Deep understanding of the competitive K-12 landscape.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and data tools such as Salesforce and LMS.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time year-round.
- Experience presenting and negotiating strategic proposals and budgets with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term strategy and organizational design for Professional Learning Services.
- Manage the end-to-end Professional Learning P&L.
- Build and scale the Professional Learning team, focusing on leadership development.
- Define and report on key performance metrics for the PL function.
- Establish a multi-year content delivery strategy integrated into the customer journey.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Manage PL vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning.
