Responsibilities

  • Own and manage SeatGeek's organic social channels end-to-end.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive organic social strategy.
  • Ideate and produce culturally relevant, platform-native content.
  • Identify opportunities for reactive content and community engagement.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
  • Own community engagement across comments and DMs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative.
  • Build and manage the content calendar.
  • Serve as the internal expert and evangelist for organic social.
