Responsibilities
- Own and manage SeatGeek's organic social channels end-to-end.
- Develop and execute a cohesive organic social strategy.
- Ideate and produce culturally relevant, platform-native content.
- Identify opportunities for reactive content and community engagement.
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
- Own community engagement across comments and DMs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, PR, and creative.
- Build and manage the content calendar.
- Serve as the internal expert and evangelist for organic social.
