- Experience with management tools like Sprout Social or Buffer.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency with video editing software (OpusClip, After Effects).
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights.
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy.
- Lead the creation and curation of high-quality content across major platforms.
- Support the execution of short-form video content and appear on camera when needed.
- Build a consistent stream of LinkedIn content for the executive team.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with the nonprofit community.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Oversee cross-functional efforts to align social initiatives with business goals.
- Participate in the Crisis Communications Team for reputation management.
