Requirements
- 5+ years in IT operations, business systems, data engineering, or systems engineering.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring teammates.
- Hands-on experience administering modern SaaS environments (Okta, Google Workspace, M365, Salesforce, HRIS, ERP).
- Strong Jira administration experience.
- Strong experience designing data models, integrations, and pipelines.
- Fluent-level SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and ETL/ELT tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran).
- Practical AI tool fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor).
- Experience operating a security compliance program (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Track record building integrations via APIs or iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier).
Responsibilities
- Administer core SaaS systems and manage vendor relationships.
- Design and maintain data architecture, pipelines, and integrations.
- Support AI tooling ecosystem, governance, and employee enablement.
- Own internal-systems side of SOC 2 compliance and IAM.
- Manage endpoint security and device MDM.
- Build a centralized knowledge base and self-service workflows.
- Audit internal platforms, access permissions, and system inventory.
