Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
  • Strong systems thinker—you design scalable workflows
  • Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale
  • Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing: LLMs, automation, and agents
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside Outreach.
  • Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and integrate into seller workflows.
  • Define how data, signals, and AI decisioning drive actions in Outreach.
  • Lead internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities and features.
  • Run continuous experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to surface feedback and shape roadmap direction.
