Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
- Strong systems thinker—you design scalable workflows
- Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale
- Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing: LLMs, automation, and agents
- Data-driven mindset with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside Outreach.
- Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and integrate into seller workflows.
- Define how data, signals, and AI decisioning drive actions in Outreach.
- Lead internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities and features.
- Run continuous experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to surface feedback and shape roadmap direction.
