Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or related roles within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflows, automation, data management, reporting, and user support.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reporting.
  • Experience building scalable processes and operating models in growing organizations.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support lead & pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting metrics and executive reporting.
  • Own day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, including workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, automation, and data management.
  • Manage and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to define, operationalize, and evolve KPIs.
  • Support annual planning initiatives and partner with leadership on territory and capacity planning.
  • Analyze business performance to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Establish and maintain CRM governance, including data quality standards and change control processes.
