Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or related roles within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflows, automation, data management, reporting, and user support.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design.
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and business reporting.
- Experience building scalable processes and operating models in growing organizations.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support lead & pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting metrics and executive reporting.
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot, including workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, automation, and data management.
- Manage and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack.
- Partner with sales and marketing to define, operationalize, and evolve KPIs.
- Support annual planning initiatives and partner with leadership on territory and capacity planning.
- Analyze business performance to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Establish and maintain CRM governance, including data quality standards and change control processes.
