Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related GTM function.
  • Experience supporting Supply, Partnerships, or B2B sales teams.
  • Familiarity with GTM Buddy, Outreach, Attention, Salesforce, PRM platforms, and Crossbeam.
  • Ability to translate complex products and processes into clear training and documentation.
  • Strong sales acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Growth, and RevOps.
  • Ability to identify gaps and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and maintenance of a new partner sales motion, including certification programs and training material.
  • Manage SOPs and knowledge articles in GTM Buddy, ensuring materials are current.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain end-to-end internal playbooks in collaboration with revenue leadership.
  • Run a structured, proactive training program to level up revenue management knowledge and sales positioning.
  • Provide dedicated support for Outreach, Attention, GTM Buddy, PRM, and Crossbeam.
  • Drive Salesforce optimization rollouts and AI feature adoption.
  • Manage feature rollouts and process change communications.
  • Design and maintain structured onboarding and everboarding curriculums for Supply and Partnerships.
