Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing, or advertising agency
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Polished, professional, and friendly with great multitasking and initiative
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and milestones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to work independently and manage resources effectively
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as their trusted partner and go-to point of contact.
- Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.
- Lead regular client calls to review performance, gather feedback, and present strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keep projects organized and on track—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
