Requirements
- 4 or more years in visual or brand design.
- Portfolio showing one coherent identity across many channels.
- Mastery of a strong illustration style (dimensional, geometric, perspective-led).
- Proven experience building and maintaining a design system.
- Deep command of Figma and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Hands-on fluency with AI design tools.
- Strong layout, typography, color, and composition fundamentals.
- Experience designing for web with handoff to site builders, print, and event collateral.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Rolling Arrays brand system (logo usage, color, type, grid, components, templates).
- Maintain one coherent identity across the consulting, technology, and master brand divisions.
- Develop a signature illustration language with clean geometry and consistent perspective.
- Build illustration, iconography, and infographic systems that scale across various formats.
- Own visual consistency across websites, social media, sales decks, event collateral, and email.
- Use generative AI design tools for image generation, editing, and rapid concepting.
- Govern reusable templates and components to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage design queue, creative conceptualization, and quality control for advertising campaigns.
