Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative—ideally in tech, fintech, or a high-growth startup environment
- Active hands-on proficiency with AI image & animation creative tools
- Comfort working at speed in a remote environment
- Experience partnering with business development and local market teams
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery
- Use AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish
- Sort out AIGC prompts and internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency
- Possess fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance etc)
- Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction
