Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, or motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to independently research and produce original content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with distributed, remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop original social media content ideas.
- Design platform-native graphics and motion graphics.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media content.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of content ideas.
- Develop social media design style guides and templates.
- Partner with Brand Studio and Social team for tentpole moments.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking deliverables and approvals.
