Responsibilities
- Manage professional communications via Email, WhatsApp, and Phone.
- Oversee workflow in Trello to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate site visit scheduling for surveyors and clients across UK regions.
- Upload project data into proprietary surveying software OTISS.
- Manage accounts receivable in QuickBooks Online.
- Draft sophisticated business communications for stakeholders including architects and planning officers.
