Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations in a timely manner
  • Coordinate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
  • Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
  • Prepare client reports, project updates, and operational summaries
