Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
- Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
- Prepare client reports, project updates, and operational summaries
