Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct product demos and explain key features tailored to customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with leads and customers through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product messaging and user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide a feedback loop for sales and product optimization.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and product usage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position us effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
