Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or a comparable Account Executive role.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Confidence leading complex sales conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with the Sales Development team.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Build strong business cases tailored to each prospect’s operational priorities.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce.
  • Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership.
  • Contribute to lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
  • Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual conferences.
