Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Ops, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a systems-owning role.
  • Proven ability to build operational systems from scratch.
  • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with PRM tools such as Crossbeam, PartnerStack, Impartner, or Allbound.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier or Airtable.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Nooks for workflow optimization.
  • Strong systems thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to operate with ownership-level accountability in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build the partner data foundation by defining lifecycle stages and data models in Salesforce and Crossbeam.
  • Design and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and validation rules for partner-related operations.
  • Audit existing partner data to establish clean, scalable data standards.
  • Build a centralized view of partner activity across Salesforce, Crossbeam, PRM, and Airtable.
  • Lead PRM strategy, selection, and implementation.
  • Design AI-driven workflows to automate lead routing and follow-through.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports to drive partner strategy and investment decisions.
  • Support commission reporting and payment workflows.
