Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and deployment for new customers within their first 90 days.
  • Help staff get the most out of iP and stay updated on new features.
  • Run platform demos for prospects and customers with Performance Strategists and Sales.
  • Provide responsive customer support through Intercom.
  • Handle technical account work including configuration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Log feature requests and document bugs for the Product and Technology teams.
