Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and deployment for new customers within their first 90 days.
- Help staff get the most out of iP and stay updated on new features.
- Run platform demos for prospects and customers with Performance Strategists and Sales.
- Provide responsive customer support through Intercom.
- Handle technical account work including configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Log feature requests and document bugs for the Product and Technology teams.
