  • Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus
  • Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends if needed)
  • Experience with call center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not a must)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right service
  • Solve problems, handle complaints, and keep customers confident and calm
  • Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates
  • Track customer feedback and help us improve how we talk to customers
  • Work with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster
