Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus
- Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends if needed)
- Experience with call center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not a must)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right service
- Solve problems, handle complaints, and keep customers confident and calm
- Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates
- Track customer feedback and help us improve how we talk to customers
- Work with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster
