Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws.
  • Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and AI fluency.
  • Excellent record-keeping and data integrity skills.
  • Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
  • Lead client and employee meetings regarding workforce reductions and separation negotiations.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Draft and administer termination documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding activities via internal HRIS platform.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
  • Support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
