Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws.
- Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and AI fluency.
- Excellent record-keeping and data integrity skills.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
- Lead client and employee meetings regarding workforce reductions and separation negotiations.
- Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Draft and administer termination documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Process offboarding activities via internal HRIS platform.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
- Support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
