Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with employee lifecycle exposure.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes through automation and AI.
  • Tech-savvy, capable of working asynchronously in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate client consultation meetings, including negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documentation.
  • Process offboarding activities on the internal HRIS platform.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
