Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Tech-savvy and ability to work asynchronously.
- Strong automation and AI fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
- Lead client meetings for workforce reductions, settlements, and terminations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Legal and Payroll.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents.
- Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform.
- Provide first-level Employee Relations support and workplace investigation guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
