Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Tech-savvy and ability to work asynchronously.
  • Strong automation and AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead client meetings for workforce reductions, settlements, and terminations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Legal and Payroll.
  • Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform.
  • Provide first-level Employee Relations support and workplace investigation guidance.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
