- 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or strong desire to learn
- Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
- Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of new responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity
- Perform daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions
- Manage cryptocurrency trading executions and handle exceptions
- Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval
- Review general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies
- Support the Anti-Money Laundering program and investigations
- Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools
- Communicate with internal and external partners
