Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services environments.
- Experience working on Life Sciences-related content (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical research, or biotech) is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document formats such as PDF and XML.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and structured working approach.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, global, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring language service activities across clinical trial projects.
- Manage translation and localization workflows, ensuring timely delivery of clinical study documentation and related materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support site communications, document translation, and multilingual project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of study-related documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory materials.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with study objectives and deadlines.
- Support quality control processes by reviewing linguistic outputs and ensuring consistency across translated materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of language service components within clinical trials.
